Shotokan Karate

This class is for 7 years olds upwards. It teaches Traditional Shotokan Karate, Self-Defence and Sport Karate.

Each grade has a syllabus and achievement is recognised by awarding tabs and badges monthly and coloured belts on a three monthly basis.

Every new student attends two free introductory free lessons. These introductory lessons are on a one to one basis with a instructor. After the

intro lessons the student has an interview with the Master Instructor and Program Director to identify Life Skill preferences and give detailed information on the club.

On joining the club every student is given a useful information pack with all essential data for their chosen Martial Art and Club.

Every student that joins the Academy on contract will now receive a free karate uniform upon signing up.
