This is a program designed for adults to gain a sense of well-being through development of mind, body and spirit. Students will learn how to de-stress, tone up and also learn practical self -defence: a superb combination of all the benefits that adults want from an exercise programme or martial art.
Meditation breathing techniques are taught within a special coaching literature that is renewed every three months.
The programme incorporates various methods of fitness training including, circuits, light weights and kata.
Practical self-defence is taught through a rotating carriculum.
Acheivement is recognised by awarding belts on a three monthly basis.
Other benefits include increased concentration, flexibility, strength and self confidence.
