KUNDALINI YOGA CLASSES

Yoga classes are held on Thursdays at 7-8pm, first class is free. The sessions are £5 per session, great value for money considering the standard of the facility.

A typical class will include physical exercises and postures, breath control and use of sound. Each class will concentrate on a particular set of exercises and end with a deep relaxation and meditation.

This style of Yoga harnesses your mental, physical and nervous energies in order to build your inner strength. It can help you build a strong immune and nervous system, improve circulation and calm the mind. It puts you back in touch with what is real and important to you.


CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training will be starting shortly at the Academy. These are excellent for Fitness, Stamina and Fat-Loss. The sessions will be £5 per session.
